QUEEN Vinyl Reissues, Live In Ukraine Coming To North America
QUEEN guitarist Brian May's website has been updated with the latest news from Hollywood Records on these releases:
- Queen + Paul Rodgers Live In Ukraine DVD is coming out September 8th in North America.
- The Queen vinyl reissues are pushing back to September 8th.
Live In Ukraine is a Best Buy exclusive. The vinyl will be available everywhere the format is sold.
As previously reported, On September 12th, 2008, Queen + Paul Rodgers performed in front of 350,000 people in Kharkov, Ukraine to raise money to care for HIV-AIDS sufferers in this ex-Soviet republic, which has one of the fastest-growing infection rates in Europe. The open-air charity concert - named "Life Must Go On!" - was timed with the release of Queen's album, Cosmos Rocks. The show launched the band's tour of European countries including Russia, Britain, France, Germany.
